gnat-gps) also use project files. This library contains the necessary
support; it was built from GNAT itself. It is licensed under the pure GPL;
all programs that use it must also be distributed under the GPL, or not
distributed at all.

* rules2: configure with --disable-libgomp and --disable-libffi if
they are disabled.
* rules2, rules.defs, rules.conf: $(with_libssp): remove, use only
$(with_ssp). Fixes a bug whereby libssp was always built as part
of gnat-4.2.
* Upload as gnat-4.2.
