The font can be downloaded in the website after you enter an email and
name in a box.
There is currently a discussion in libreoffice devel mailing list
about this type of font and there is also a discussion about the
license:

Hi to all, is anyone interested in evaristo?

Evaristo is an ERP solution written in Java (2 tier), though only
available in Portuguese, since version 4 is fully internationalizable.
It requires a PostgreSQL database in order to store the data.
DGCI certification is required for the use in commercial activities in
PT, the commercial version is certified by DGCI.
