Bug#1015891: ITP: wayout -- Wayland desktop widgets from standard input text
Package: wnpp Severity: wishlist Owner: Tzafrir Cohen X-Debbugs-Cc: debian-devel@lists.debian.org * Package name: wayout Version : 0.1.2 Upstream Author : Leon Plickat Maarten van Gompel * URL : https://git.sr.ht/~proycon/wayout * License : GPLv3 Programming Lang: C Description : Wayland desktop widgets from standard input text Wayout takes text from standard input and outputs it to a desktop-widget on Wayland desktops. Periodic updates are supported; e.g. newline separated input or any other delimiter of choice. This is called a *feed*. The desktop widget can be shown either on top (OSD-like functionality) or below other windows. Needed as a dependency for the SXMO mobile phone interface (ITP coming). Will be packages through the swaywm team. Packaging is available at https://salsa.debian.org/swaywm-team/wayout .

How about applying it to only amd64 and arm64 first, then expanding to other archs? It is an efficient way, IMO. -- Hideki Yamane
