troubling and confusing period as we watch a global pandemic take place with
this COVID-19.
My name is Boris, I'm a member of the Community Outreach department at
Rehab 4 Addiction which serves as an online resource to those dealing with

I found you deal with the topic of the pandemic and thought that our COVID-19

As I mentioned, we created these educational guides to assist increase
understanding and awareness of all aspects of coping with the stress of
bereavment and the lockdown. With the current COVID-19
pandemic, many who live with depression are struggling to stay afloat during
mandated or self isolation.
