As the subject states ... uucp programs are still a.out (read: need
libc4:
$ ldd /usr/bin/uucp
libc.so.4 (DLL Jump 4.6pl27) => /lib/libc.so.4.6.27

I tried to compile uucp-1.06.1-2.tar.gz ... compilation was ok,
but ./debian.rules binary doesn't go through.  It complains about
missing conffiles.

Is the maintainer still alive?
