Bug#386444: mediawiki1.5: upgrade error message

2006-09-07 Thread schoepf-debian
package: mediawiki1.5
version: 1.5.8-1
severity: normal

Following the steps outlined in /usr/share/doc/mediawiki1.5/UPGRADE.gz
give the error message:

europa:/var/lib/mediawiki1.5# php ./maintenance/update.php
A copy of your installation's LocalSettings.php
must exist in the source directory.
europa:/var/lib/mediawiki1.5#

strace tells me it's looking for "/usr/share/mediawiki1.5/LocalSettings.php"
which does not exist.

Bug#380609: konsole: prompt bold-printing no longer works

2006-07-31 Thread schoepf-debian
package: konsole
version: 3.5.4-2
severity: normal

In .bashrc I set my prompt to this:

PS1='[EMAIL PROTECTED]:\w\[\033[27m\]\$ \[\033[39;22;0m\]'

in order to have it printed bold. After upgrading from konsole_3.5.3-2 to
3.5.4-2 this no longer works.

Thanks,
Thomas

2007-05-03 Thread schoepf-debian
package: amavisd-new

version: 2.4.2-6.1

ripole is not found, I did a search on packages.debian.org for all packages
that contain a file with that name, and it didn't find a package neither.

Thanks,

Bug#360746: tcm: unable to draw StickMan lifeline

2006-04-04 Thread schoepf-debian
package: tcm
version: 2.20+TSQD-1
severity: normal

Open the tool for UML Sequence Diagrams, and select the node type for
StickMan. Click on the page and tcm will draw an ObjectBox LifeLine instead
of a StickMan LifeLine.

Thanks,
Thomas

Bug#356656: md5sum: documentation does not match behavior

2006-03-13 Thread schoepf-debian
package: coreutils
version: 5.94-1
severity: normal

Both the manpage and the info page (man md5sum or info md5sum respectively)
for md5sum claim bevavior that does not seem to actually be the case:

The sums are computed as described in RFC 1321. When checking,
the input should be a former output of this program. The default
mode is to print a line with checksum, a character indicating
type (`*' for binary, ` ' for text), and name for each FILE.

In reality:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ md5sum /usr/bin/md5sum
19bad9a675c6e33b811617d398c7fcf8 /usr/bin/md5sum
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$

I assume that md5sum is a binary, but there's no `*' indicating a binary
file.

Besides that, the way the manpages is formulated implies that there is
another mode besides that "default mode", but I couldn't find any hint what
mode this exactly is, neither how to activate them.

Thanks,
Thomas
