Bug#859268: debian-installer: French keyboard selected during install but QWERTY selected when logged in Gnome

The installation was a standard one with encrypted LLVM and the French
keyboard layout selected. The installation ended successfully. When
booting, the French keyboard layout was used  to type the passphrase to
unlock the disk and the password to login.
After login, the keyboard layout is QWERTY instead of the French layout,

How to reproduce:

During the Debian install:
-Choose the French keyboard layout
-When prompting the language and region choose French, France
-Choose encrypted LLVM

Boot the computer, unlock the disk and login with the French keyboard
layout.
When logged in, in Gnome, the keyboard layout become QWERTY

Bug#859272: deja-dup: When launched, the view is not corresponding to the "Overview" tab

When I launch deja-dup from the Desktop shortcut I see the view
corresponding to
the tab "Storage location", but the tab "Overview" is selected. I
expected to
see the view of the selected tab "Overview".

I launch deja-dup this way:

1. From the Activities overview I type: "Backup"
2. I click on the icon with the text "Backups"
