spring cleaning of branches

Hi

I though it would be a good idea to clean out in our public branches as there 
are a lot of old ones hanging around.

My compiled list of branches to be deleted is this, but please see if you have 
something to add:

I've joined the meeting at the end, I didn't have the mail neither, we
can talk of what I said about stage if you want. I hope you agree with
me because we have talked of this at the sprint. You can still put your
changes today for a last minute if you really disagree and if I understood
well.

You can also remove stage-ouline-bport which is old and unmaintained
anymore.
With Ben we are working on stage-outline-bport-artaud.

I would still appreciate if you could rename KoListStyle::BulletSize into 
KoListStyle::RelativeBulletSize.  The name RelativeBulletSize evokes the usage 
of percentage values, whereas the name BulletSize usage of absolute values.

next mentor meeting

We need to have the final ranking done by the 16th, so I propose we have 
another IRC meeting with all mentors on #calligra-gsoc. I suggest Wednesday 
evening, 21:00 to discuss the final ranking. 

Please also check the spreadsheet, because I updated that with the new column 
in accordance with Nightrose's mail.

looks like I have clicked I like to mentor to often. Is there someone 
available how could handle the Karbon project where I mentioned as mentor? I 
can help with mentoring and give my ideas about the project.
