bug found in pef.c

Line 100 of the file pef.c stopped the make command. This is the change 
I made to fix the problem:   if (! (table.flags1 & TB_HAS_TBOFF)) . ___

issue with Gas

Hi, after compiling and installing binutils, I noticed that the gas
command was not installed. I went into it's folder and tried the
configure make routine there. This is the error I received when trying
to build gas:

configure: error: GAS does not know what format to use for target
powerpc-apple-darwin7.9.0

I am using Mac OS 10.3.9. GCC version 3.3. Is there anything I can do
to fix this problem?
