Perhaps you want to take a look at it..

Xorg.0.log tells, that X crashes.
(II) Initializing built-in extension DAMAGE
(II) Initializing built-in extension XEVIE
(II) Initializing extension GLX

My problem is solved.
brebs (in the forum) gave me the hint, that something is wrong, because 
I had files in /usr/lib64.


Deleting them and reinstalling nvidia* - and X is up again.

What did I learn?
Don't mess your system with packages AND installers!
