Weston 10.0.3 is released with a few of cursor hotspot fixes.
Note that due to some glab issue/bugs I had to manually upload the
tarballs generated by the release script.

Weston 11.0.1, a bug fix release for 11.0.0 is released.
A few potential crash fixes for xwm and ivi-shell have been
pre-emptively addressed as well some warnings seen with ivi-shell
when closing down weston.
