Rosetta scripts screw up Amarok translation. For example, LP results of
.ui-files parsing loks like this:
QFrame::StyledPanel
QFrame::Raised
Maybe the list of other KDE packages with similar symptoms will be
helpful in triaging.

Yes, it is not fixed. :(
If we talk about extra messages, detecting them using Ukrainian
translation is not easy now. Shame on me (those magical green bars etc.
;) ). I just copy-pasted original key fields from original. In fact,
almost all "Newly translated in Launchpad"

Please use "File -> Save as..." to save filled data with your PDF file.

FoxIt Reader (under wine) shows filled forms.
It can be a bug in Adobe Reader (tested version XI (11.0.03), also under
wine).
