This software does not play anything. It opens it then does nothing. I
noticed the other day if I leave it for 10 minutes it really is playing
it but so slow that 10 minutes equals 1 second. I have reinstalled
Ubuntu 3 times nothing fixes it. I have Run Ubuntu in Live mode, still

Same problem here, Intrepid 8.10 x64, Firefox 3.0.4. Seems to be random, but
the problem is worse with 8.10 than it was with 8.04 x64 with 3.0b5.

Seems the crash was because I accidentally added "cdrom://..." as a
repository, which in turn makes apt-get update fail if no CD is
inserted. I guess the python code doesn't handle errors very gracefully
:)

I think I've hit the same bug (at least the messages are almost exactly
the same) while doing an umount for a DVD-ROM. The umount succeeded but
I got the "buffer overflow" error too.

I find that this bug continues to exist in isc-dhcpd-4.2.4.
Also, it affects not only HMAC-SHA256, but HMAC-SHA{1,224,256,384,512}.
The only working algorithm is HMAC-MD5, which we don't want to use for
obvious reasons.
If another algorithm is specified, the server prints to the syslog that
it is
