[PHP] Creating plotted graphs on the fly

Hi, I wanted to know if there is way with PHP to take a bunch of data points and create a plotted graph image (jpg, gif or png). The data points would be inputed into a web form and then the data points would be plotted on a graph once the user submitted the information. Any help would be appre
