There does not appear to be any activity for this port and the Moxie
project does not have any recent activity.
Any objections to deprecating this for 6 and removing before 7?

Thread Local Storage is not supported yet. Dynamic loading has a mips
dependent file but it looks like the last work was a patch from 2016 which
was committed in 2020. No idea if this works.

In reviewing ports for deprecation, I noticed that a few architectures have
some very old BSPs which are unlikely to be used anymore. Dropping
architectures and BSPs is beneficial for a few reasons:
+ Architecture removal cuts down on tool configurations when building all
architectures.
