Hi Bruce, In the Apps menu in the WE control panel, is an app entry called Diagnostics. In that pull-down, there is an entry called Repair Windows 10 video driver, at least that's what it's called on my system, since I'm running Windows 10. If you run this and then restart your system, your problem should be corrected.
Bye for now, good friend, Rod -----Original Message----- From: Scripting [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of LB via Scripting Sent: Friday, September 30, 2016 2:56 PM To: Window-Eyes Scripting List <[email protected]> Subject: Windoweyes Changes Videeo Driver To Generic Hi! Has anyone here encountered Windoweyes messing with the video drivers upon installation? The video driver seems to be changing from the required video driver to a generic driver and reboot happens it says video driver installed but possibly has not been initialized with a reboot and stops because Windoweyes can't go any further. This is when Windoweyes is being installed and the second process, reboot has happened. Any help would be appreciated. I'm no longer part of the support team, so you'll want to contact them at [email protected]. I will point out, however, that we do not support Windows XP. I imagine you'll probably get the same response from them.
