Hi Steven, Just a reminder that sometimes there are alternate ways of making a program accessible; these include accessing it via its own COM object model. These are sometimes much easier than the apparently "straight forward" method. Would you know if your problematic program has an object model?
Also, is it web browser based (if so, this usually dramatically changes the approaches you have open to you).
