[Scribus] Scribus & Windows

I was wondering if Scribus will ever be ported to Windows.  Not just 
Cygwin, but a native port.  I do use Linux at home for all my projects, 
but at work, I only have Windows. 

This is not meant to start a flame, just an inquisitive question.
