When on the window list, you can do a <C-A>' (single quote) and screen will prompt you for the window number. So if you have more than 10 (0-9) windows, you can go directly to window 10 (11.. 12..) just hitting: | <C-A>" | <C-A>' | Switch to window: 10 | <Enter> Not sure if/how this works if you have more than c. 20 windows..
