update:
I had it wrong before and broke a different app (debian's aptitude).
Now, these seem to work well for screen's terminfo source file:
hpa=\E[%i%p1%dG, vpa=\E[%i%p1%dd,
Why does screeninfo.src not include these capabilities...?
Screen guru's please enlighten me! :^)
