Yes, well i copy the output with the hardcopy command after but i've tried
without that while being attached at the same time.. Still the same result.

It's unlikely to be related to the actual "screen -X stuff" command.
It's possible that there's a bug in screen that can cause this problem
when screen is backgrounded, as opposed to foregrounded. Perhaps some
buffer was being filled before it could be drained, I don't know.
