Really, i'm not sure why people still use mainline Scid except that it has much more links to the project page. Obviously, the devs all have their own fields of interest, and the mostly-working docked windows is useful to many. But the bug reports will forever keep rolling in. It'd be nice if Scid vs. PC could have a prominent link on Scid's frontpage, with something like "This thing works better" ;> Perhaps it's too much to ask ?
