Well, at least I'm not alone anymore to report the problem. That increases my hopes that one of you gurus will be able to fix it in a not too distant future. One question though. You mention explicitely that it does not work in docked mode. This implies that it does work in undocked mode, but I can't go undocked on my system. Let me explain my setup. Scid starts with one window and two tabs: a 'Board' tab and a 'Notation - game 0' tab. The context menu of the 'Notation' tab has an 'Undock' and a 'Close' option. If a click 'Undock' the 'Notation' tab disappears and an 'Application Error' popup states 'Error: wm manage is not yet supported' with following contents: 'wm manage is not yet supported wm manage is not yet supported while executing "wm manage $f" (procedure "::docking::undock" line 13) invoked from within "::docking::undock .nb" (menu invoke)'. The board is still on a tab, and when I enter 'e4' to move the kings pawn, nothing moves and there is no indication that this input has been detected. When I hit the 'Close' option rather than the 'Undock', keyboard move entry works. So basically I can not go to undocked mode due to the above error. Is it possible to force Scid to go undocked so that e.g. the tactics window that goes with the training option would still be visible, albeit in a separate window?
