Without more information, it seems to me that you are saving those games in the 
"Clipbase", which is a temporal database that loses all content upon closing. 
You need to create a databse for your games, go to the menu "File:New..." and 
choose a name and a location for it. You can save your games there and they 
will remain there after you close Scid.
