Autosave options does not save window layout. To reopen certain windows
on startup you have to hook them on in Optoins / Startup explicitly. (In
case you use docking mode you'd have to save the window layout.)
One could think however to automatise this by autosave options. However,
I actually prefer to say explicitly which windows should be reopened.
