Only the engine of course. As Scid is available for Unix I
see no point in wrapping it in wine.

Of course. I'll just write out the dialogue settings:

The same works here for Rybka 2.2.My wine is a usual wine
0.9.25 from Debian stable, nothing special.

If the above does not work I guess there's something wrong
with Wine setup in .wine/. In case I could pack up my .wine,
I remember it was some fiddling to get Fritz working (just
to convert this nasty cbh stuff...).
