I (hopefully) fixed some problems we had on mac: - Right and middle mouse buttons should work as expected.
- Options should be saved on exit when you have that option activated and you quit Scid using "Command-q", Select the menu item "Quit Scid" from the menu bar or the Dock's contextual menu. - "Command-?" and the "Help" key should open the help window. - "About Scid" should be displayed in the application menu. - Extensions shouldn't be missing from file names. - I added icons for Scid and its associated files, it should look like a regular mac application now. Please, let me know if something doesn't work as expected.
