Yes, it is bug that affects several users but ... not me ! I can give Rybka
512 MB of hashes without problem. I don't know if it is a Wine, kernel,
Rybka problem.
One thing to try : "strace" and try to find the solution in a log of
hundreds of thousands of lines. Not that hard : it gave me the solution for
running Aquarium (Rybka's interface) under Linux.
