I intentionaly removed the last move deletion triggered by the right
mouse button : it collided with other bindings and was dangerous (there
is no 'undo'). CTRL + DEL or CTRL + BCKSPC do the same, but are safer.

It is the first time I hear about it : do you use Linux or windows ?
Did you uninstall Scid 3.6.1 (on windows) before installing 3.6.10rc1 ?
Can you make a screnshot of Crafty configuration ?

Another idea : did you check "uci" on Crafty configuration window : this
will normally give the message you got (as Crafty is not an UCI engine).
