Hi, Now Scid can annotate a whole database, (all moves for each game or only the opening phase). When a game is annotated, it will be saved in current base, replacing the original game and then moving to the next game in base and repeat the process.
One user told me the default should be to append the annotated game to the base and not to replace the game (the one without annotation). I think the actual way is better, but if I am wrong, just tell me (I am a bit reluctant to do an option of it). Another question : - I will add the name of the engine in front of the line it found. So when using consecutevely several engines for annotation, one can see quickly which engine disagrees with others. - I will use the Annotator tag and append all egine names that analysed a game. Are there any comments on this ? Pascal -------------------------- http://prolinux.free.fr/scid/ ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys. Earn Cash.
