'Documentation' is an uncountable noun, it ordinarily has no plural. Perhaps
what you mean is 'documents'. Please let us distinguish these words.

A copy of the license is included in the section entitled "GNU
Free Documentation License".
Don't you think that its purpose is to explain where to find a copy of
license?
