This request is related to a given repository but it seems to be an
infrastructure problem and not a problem with this particular project.
If you go to
https://cgit.git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/emacs/nongnu.git/log/?h=elpa/ws-butler,
you see a link to
https://cgit.git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/emacs/nongnu.git/commit/?h=elpa/ws-butler&id=9ee5a7657a22e836618813c2e2b64a548d27d2ff
for commit "Release version 1.3". Most of the time, the server takes ages to
show that page. When it finally works, you can see a link to a patch or a
tar.gz which suffers from the same issue.
This affects at least 2 other persons:
