Follow-up Comment #1:
I was unable to find either of these addresses in our block lists. It is
possible that either/both did receive blocks but they are now expired (or
cleaned up; we have some cases of false positives for anti-DDoS scripting that
has caused us to remove a number of addresses from our block lists in a batch
this past week).
Please confirm if things are working at this point.
