Follow-up Comment #2, sr #111201 (group administration): Note that I tried to send a notification email from my personal email server and t-online.de refused to accept it with the same policy as well.
It seems to me that t-online.de avoids spam by avoiding receiving email from
anyone. Probably they accept email from Google and Yahoo and Microsoft only
because those are too big to block.
