Your question is about some software, but you are not saying about which
software. It's certainly not savannah's web UI, since that does not allow you
to tweak the rendering in all imaginable ways.
You should 1. determine which software you have a problem with, 2. do a web
search, 3. determine the way to report bugs in that software, 4. report a bug.
