Details:
Since the outage yesterday, I no longer receive email notifications for any
updates of Octave's trackers on savannah.
The archives for the notifications don't seem to receive updates either. See
e.g.:
https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/octave-bug-tracker/2021-12/index.html
I'm not sure if this is limited to Octave's trackers or if it is a general
issue on savannah.
