Details:
I'm an administrator of debxp GUG (group identity: 12161), and I noticed that
it is currently impossible to enable Git for project's files (I *do know* that
for webpages CVS is a must, but I'm not talking about webpages).
Did Savannah change their position on this matter since sr #109322?

This shows that a non-GUG project can select Git.
