Just to note that I expect that virtually no one will be adversely affected by
enabling non-fast forward for nmh. It's a relatively quiet repo, the previous
commit was nearly 3 months ago. I don't think that many people poll it
nightly, and anyone who does should be able to handle this loss of commits.
