I suppose this is not specific to the TeXmacs project. This bug may be related
to #108810. Detailed description:
After clicking on 'trunk' at
http://svn.savannah.gnu.org/viewvc/texmacs/
and after many seconds I get a page with the url
http://svn.savannah.gnu.org/viewvc/texmacs/trunk/?view=log,
the title "ViewVC Exception", and the following contents:
