Ah... So the actual goal is to reduce the noise from people who do not read
the page but request access anyway. Gotcha.
There may be something that can be done about that... It will need some code
changes though. Which means lots of patience. But seemingly that would be a
useful improvement. Thank you for sharing that problem with us.
