For downloads, the project page for bbdb provides the url
https://savannah.nongnu.org/files/?group=bbdb
Yet this expands to
http://download.savannah.nongnu.org/releases/bbdb/
So https becomes http, even though the url
https://download.savannah.nongnu.org/releases/bbdb/
exists, too. Can this be changed so that users get forwarded to the secure
url? (This may affect other projects, too, but I did not check it.)
