Details:
A formatting mecanism should be provided for cookbook recipes, news items and
even comments.
Tobias suggested a wiki style formatting and I think it is a good approach. I
like http://kwiki.org/?KwikiFormattingRules except that we do not need to
implement tables (a bit overkill).
In comments, headers and separators (hr) should not be accepted, it would
break the page layout.
Maybe it should be activated by default and possible to deactivate it. If we
do not provide the possibility to deactivate it, we will have to make it very
clear that users need to use the "code" tag that will be make the content
directly converted to html entities and shown with fixed width fonts
(actually I prefer this later option).
This work should be done on branch DEV-2006.02-FORMATTINGTEXT, see task
#2873
