Details:
The recent bugfixes was updating a function that fetch permission flag,
altering the flag depending on group type setting, if no flag exists.
Well, that was a mistake, because this function is used in case where we want
to be able to know if there's no flag.
At some place, it was a problem, mainly because another function should have
been used, instead of this one.
