We haven't updated in a while, so this may already be there, but some templating of the triggers for sending email. Pretty much every email notification is 'when 3 in a row down and when back up again' (or something like that). And then management says 'I want them all to come after 2 down' and we have to go through each rule and update the trigger for each. It would be nice to create some rulesets and apply them to the checks so the trigger can be updated en masse.
