You will have to digg into the sources of the webpage and see what is POSTED
and then you can use the addon.  It depends 100% on how from a source code
point of view your webpage is made.

prompted for "User name" and "Password".  I'm not sure how to respond to

Using the WebApp addon (http://www.woodstone.nu/salive/addons.php) it should
be possible IF the "submit" (of the username/password) invokes another page
and not code (Java or any other) that is within the page.
