We have noticed that ServersAlive freezes up while writing to the XML file on occasion. I can find no pattern to the freeze – I have tracked it happening after 28 cycles, 109 cycles, and 164 cycles. Is it possible that the file gets locked if someone has it open in a browser (which I know would be fully expected since it is a report we produce to look at) and ServersAlive can’t write to it and locks up completely? ServersAlive stops responding completely when this happens. I have included the lines of the log pertinent to this issue showing that it stops right before writing the report file (at the 2:03 AM mark in the example below). Just curious if anyone has experienced this issue before. We removed all report generation for now to see if it remedies the issue of ServersAlive freezing up.
