Sixel  provides encoder/decoder implementation for DEC SIXEL graphics, and some 
converter programs   https://github.com/saitoha/libsixel
Using sixel u can view images/videos on terminal, like lsix:  
https://github.com/hackerb9/lsix  -  Like "ls", but for images. Shows 
thumbnails in terminal using sixel graphics.
