Hi community,
I�ve a periodic RT-Thread (pthread-make_periodic_np) with periodic time
of 50 ms.
In addition I have configured a PPP dialin-connection with mgetty and
pppd.
Everything works fine as long as the calculation time of the
realtime-thread is lower than 10 ms (or 20 % of the periodic time).
When the calculation time of the realtime-thread rises over the 20 %
level, any TCP/IP services (i.e. FTP or Telnet) starts blocking and
after a while breaks down.
I use RT-Linux V2.2 on kernel 2.2.13.
Any ideas ?
