Hi,

I've been using RTL 2 and now 3 with gnome for a while now with no
problems, though I have always had automount disabled. I'm using an
adapted rt_com driver at roughly its maximum throughput and some RT fifos
for communicating with userspace tasks. However I can't say anything
definitive as I'm only sampling at 1kHz, and the system I'm operating is
actually quite robust to jitter.

Cheers,

Richard.
