Region 0 is the PLX 9080 PCI interface chip control register memory
mapped base address, Region 1 is the same but I/O mapped, and the Region 2
is the base address of the digitizer card registers. Region 2 is a 4k word 
block, and region 0 is 256 32 bit words.
